ACHIEVEMENT REPORTS

OVERALL PERFORMANCE: summaries of district-wide performance.
BASIC SKILLS TEST (BST)/GRADUATION REQUIRED ASSESSMENT for DIPLOMA (GRAD): is administered to students in grade 8 reading/mathematics) and grade 10 (writing). Students may re-take any of these tests until they pass.
MINNESOTA COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT, Series II (MCA-IIs): are reading and mathematics tests that help schools and districts measure student progress toward state academic standards. In 2006-07, these tests will be given in grades 3-8, 10 and 11 in reading and mathematics.
ADVANCED PLACEMENT (AP) PROGRAM: provides motivated high school students with the opportunity to take college-level courses and earn college credit, in a high school setting.
ACT ASSESSMENT: is a college entrance exam used to by assess high school students' ability to complete college-level work. This report includes student groups, list of schools, and state and national comparisons.
