  • How is Graduation Rate Calculated?

• ATTENDANCE RATE includes district-wide average daily attendance rates by school-level (Elementary, Junior High/Middle, Senior High, ALC, and Miscellaneous) and by student group (race/ethnicity, ELL, free/reduced-price lunch, nd special education status.

• HIGHER EDUCATION includes enrollment information about SPPS high school seniors who attend post-secondary institutions such as college/university, community college, or technical college.

• HONORS COURSES includes information about SPPS high school students who enroll in and pass honors courses attended at an SPPS high school.

• DISCIPLINE includes the number and percent of students suspended by race/ethnicity and gender.
